He started his professional life at Bosch Heating Products Corp. and continued his career working at management/top management positions in Zorlu Petrol Corp., Vestel Electronics Corp. , Franke Kitchen Corp, OPF Fiber Turkey and Baerlocher Chemical Turkey companies, respectively.
He has had advanced experience in financial affairs units of these world’s giant brands .
He has experience in evaluation and audit of regulations of companies tied to Capital Markets Board (CMB), IFRS practices, Transfer Pricing affairs.
He has advanced level of knowledge in SAP FI/CO application. In addition to installation and revision of financial systems particularly required by foreign-capital companies, he also executes both technical and systemic applications of and advisory for all the financial processes like Liquidity, Tax, Cost, Budgeting, Reporting and Analysis.
He has experience in reporting methods utilized by foreign companies.
He has the know-how and experience required to detect the existing situations and to sustain such situations with suitable systems for all corporate items that might pose a financial risk for the company like systemic infrastructure, conformity to tax legislation, liquidity, cost, personnel.
He has the command of VAT return processes that significantly effect the liquidity of the companies.
He has Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor Certificates.
